Every 308 SYSTEMS is confident of our reliable and durable product designs, and we stand behind this statement by offering the industry's most comprehensive 3-year warranty (expandable to five years). In addition, we offer complimentary telephone access to in-house technical support representatives located in the United States. Exemplifying our commitment to our dedicated client base, all parts and service labor are free to our customers during the warranty period. Product Training
308 SYSTEMS prides ourself on creating easy to use, intuitive field command/communication products. We feel you should focus on the incident operations and not be required to have a Computer Science degree to operate the systems. Thus, each of our products has been tested for intuitive and uncomplicated operations.

Should you desire additional training on the equipemet operation, we have multiple levels of support at your disposal:

  • Local Video Help Files
    Each system comes with a set of Video Help Files preinstalled on the laptop. These files are accessible anytime and anywhere by simply clicking on the TAC_HELP icon located on the desktop. The resulting screen enables you to choose from multiple video segments covering all aspects of system operation. Thus, a person without any system experience could perform all system functions in minutes following viewing of the videos.
  • Distance Training
    We can provide distance training sessions personalized to your agency and system configuration.  These sessions are hosted by trained system instructors with many years of on-the-job experience and are recognized subject matter experts.  Our distance training programs are designed to give customers the knowledge to operate and maintain their systems at peak operating efficiency.
  • On-Site Training
    308 SYSTEMS understands the value of face-to-face training sessions, and for the convenience of our customers, we offer customer training at the clients site. These sessions may be attended by unlimited number of user personnel, and are designed to provide the most comprehensive system instruction available.

Field Service
Each of our products is designed to the most stringent reliability and durability standards, resulting in highly reliable and consistently available field operations. We also understand that field operations create multiple opportunities for stressing the systems, which may require on-site support.

308 SYSTEMS Field Engineering Services support & system installation, diagnosis and repair as well as maintenance and basic operator training on all our products. We specialize in providing a high level of customer service that is focused on keeping you operational 24/7. For example, we deployed a team with 6 customized TAC-PAKs to New Orleans in support of the Katrina recovery operations 48 hours after receiving the assistance request
